Our story
It was inspired by the founder's decision to leave his career and a good life in the big city and return to his small rural home to care for his elderly mother, who suffered from paralysis. He cared for her from the time she was hospitalized until she returned home as a disabled person, unable to care for herself for the rest of her life. Over nearly 16 years, he understood and saw a business opportunity that was suitable for Thai people and society: agri-food and healthcare services. These are long-term businesses with a strong and sustainable growth outlook, aligning with the global situation where fewer babies are born, the elderly population is increasing, the need for holistic health care is increasing, and agricultural production is decreasing due to global warming. As the demand for food increases, this is exactly what led us to establish the AWreit Trust to invest in businesses that may not seem flashy but have a definite future for growth and stability.
