Our Policy and Vision

AWreit Trust has a policy to invest in core real estate assets or leasehold rights (including subleasehold rights) and assets that are part of or equipment of such real estate. AWreit Trust's policy is to invest in retirement homes and integrated modern agriculture (Smart Farming) projects on large scales, including integrated food processing and distribution which align with current global trends.

  • The concept of owning land to create a retirement home community and leasing it long-term as a smart wellness and healthcare community will include residential buildings, gardens and outdoor activity areas, indoor activity buildings, supermarkets, medical offices, barbershops, eyeglasses and dentists, etc. The AWreit Trust will use the fund to purchase suitable land plots and construct buildings, arrange the areas and facilities within the project to create a suitable environment for business operations. The land will be leased out on a long-term contract with a buy-back option according to the terms and conditions.

Industrial factories and warehouses flourish or fall into disrepair, abandonment, and closure, depending on the economic conditions at different times and in each region. However, aging and the deterioration of the human body are inevitable for all people, regardless of nationality. Quality healthcare services and retirement homes are essential for the well-being of the elderly. At an affordable price in later life, demand is constant and likely to increase.
