"Uttaradit" Project - Strategic investment area connecting farmland to global market
The "Uttaradit" project is a large agricultural area of approximately 21,000 rai located in Uttaradit Province. It is considered one of Thailand's highest potential areas for developing modern agriculture and related industries. Known for its fertile soil and natural water resources, the Nan River flows through the area, and supported by a state irrigation system, it is ideal for industrial agriculture, including grain cultivation and livestock farming.
This area is not just about quantitative agriculture, but also offers opportunities for value creation through smart farming, organic farming, and the food processing industry, enabling exports to the growing global market.
The "Uttaradit" project is therefore more than just a farmland. It is a strategic investment area, connecting farmland to the global market under the concept of "From Local Farm to Global Market."

Chaiyut Patan
Managing Director
The project is currently consolidating land for comprehensive development. Once the target area is reached, a modern rice mill and silos will be developed, as well as a processing plant for both human and animal feed, ensuring continuous production from upstream to downstream.
With this structure, the project area will be used as a cultivation area and a farm for raw materials, which will be sent directly to the rice mill and processing plant within the project, before being efficiently processed into finished products ready for distribution to both domestic and international markets.
