"Chiang Rai" Project – A New Fertile Agricultural Area
The "Chiang Rai" Project is located on a large agricultural area of over 5,000 rai in Chiang Rai Province. This fertile land, with both local and nearby water sources, is ideal for the cultivation of grains and cash crops that require water security and good soil quality.
Once the land consolidation is achieved, the project plans to establish a modern rice mill and storage silos to systematically handle all agricultural produce. Each plot will be designed to be systematically linked to harvesting, entering the rice mill, and storing in the silos to maintain the highest quality of the produce as raw materials.
The "Chiang Rai" project is not just an agricultural area, but a center for quality food production, ready for future investment and development.

Chaiyut Patan
Managing Director
The produce from the "Chiang Rai" project doesn't just stop at cultivation and harvesting. It also undergoes a comprehensive delivery system for further processing and distribution to other projects. This creates added value for agriculture from upstream, midstream, and downstream, ensuring food security and long-term economic opportunities.
Furthermore, geothermal energy has been explored in the area for electricity generation, potentially leading to clean geothermal power plants. Modern industrial plants, particularly DeepTech, such as chip and semiconductor factories, data centers, and warehouses, are in high demand and seeking large-scale, continuous clean energy sources. This could be transformed from agricultural areas into industrial estates in the future.
