"AWreit A1" Fundraising

AWreit&co. announced its first fundraising round, codenamed "AWreit A1," with a target value of at least 800 million baht. The fund aims to develop and invest in three main projects:

• "Ban Phuttaraksa" Project - a senior living home with a holistic care focus
• "Far Land" Project - a nature-based relaxation and rehabilitation center
• "The Rising Sun" Project - an international-standard long-term healthcare center

Investment in AWreit A1 has the following return patterns:

• 13-year term
• Fixed return of 5.5% per year
• Years 1–3: Pay only returns
• Years 4–13: Pay principal + returns until the investor receives the full principal back.

The key strengths of this investment are the transparency and security of the funds. All investments will be converted into Government Savings Bank Savings Bonds, guaranteed by the Thai government. The bonds will then be used as collateral for low-interest loans to develop these three projects.

Investing in AWreit A1 is therefore more than just investing in real estate. It is also about co-creating valuable projects that will nurture people's lives over the long term, with stable and sustainable returns.
