- Long-Term Residence Rights: The initial payment purchases the right to live in the selected unit. It cannot be resold or sublet. To maintain community standards,
- 80% Buy-Back Guarantee: The program guarantees 80% of the initial payment will be bought back upon completion of your 15-year stay. This guarantee is valid whether you live or die, providing financial security for you or your heirs.
- Continuous Use of Rights: Even after the 80% buy-back has been paid, you retain your right to live in and receive all services as long as you continue to pay the monthly service fee of 45,000 baht.
