Buyback Guarantee Conditions
The program guarantees a buyback of 80% of the initial fee paid upon your 15-year stay. This amount will be refunded to:
1. Guest: If you are still alive for the 15-year period (30 days after the expiration date).
2. Heir: If you die before the 15-year period (30 days after the expiration date). If the heir does not come forward to receive the money within one year, the money will be used for public benefit purposes.)
Post-Buyback Benefits
Even after 80% of the buyback has been paid, all occupancy and service rights will continue with no additional initial fee charged, as long as you continue to pay the monthly service fee

>Requirements for occupancy rights
- Direct Resident: The person signing the contract must be the actual resident.
- Contract Termination: The occupancy rights will terminate immediately when the occupant ceases paying the monthly service fee, is deemed vacant by the project owner, or dies, and the project has completed the repurchase payment as per the terms and conditions.
