- Life Hub: The area in front of the project is a commercial area open to the community, consisting of a supermarket, food center, dentist-eyeglasses shop, barber-beauty shop, and public parking, allowing you to manage your daily life easily and save on expenses.

Stable and transparent financial structure

We provide peace of mind by turning large expenses into safe investments.:

- Initial Fee: Starting from 2.6-4.4 million baht (depending on Type A, B, or C). This is a long-term residency purchase that cannot be resold or rented out.
- Buyback Guarantee: The project guarantees a buyback of 80% of the initial fee after 15 years of occupancy, which will be refunded to the occupant or their heirs. Even after the repayment, the occupancy rights remain as long as the monthly payments are made.
- Monthly Fee: 45,000 baht (All-Inclusive) for all units.

Comprehensive monthly service (Total Care)

Monthly service fee of 45,000 baht covers all health and daily necessities.:

- Health and Safety: Includes accident/health insurance (meets O-A visa requirements), basic medical care, and free 24-hour emergency transportation.
- Long-Term Rehabilitation: If rehabilitation treatment is required at the project center (States 2 and 3), you will receive free services covering up to 80% of the total cost.
- Special Privileges: Three meals a day, basic physical therapy services, and the right to own shares in the project's cooperative store, along with annual dividends and discount coupons.
