To provide maximum convenience to all our guests, we offer comprehensive document facilitation services to ensure a smooth and legally fulfilling life in Thailand.
Immigration & Residency Services
Our team is ready to assist you with the most important matters regarding your long-term stay:
1. 90-Day Reporting: Authorization to submit a 90-day report of residence to the Immigration Bureau on behalf of the guest (for Non-Immigrant O-A holders).
2. Visa Extension: Preparing all necessary documents, coordinating with the bank to obtain a financial statement, and submitting the extension of stay to the local Immigration Bureau.
3. Re-Entry Permit Application: Providing advice and facilitating the application for a Re-Entry Permit before departing the country (for holders of the required visas).
Property & Utilities Services
We assist with documentation related to living in the project:
- Long-Term Lease Agreement: We prepare and facilitate the legal registration of long-term lease agreements at the Land Office to ensure maximum legal protection.
- House Registration (Tor. 13): We provide advice and assistance in applying for a House Registration for Aliens (Tor. 13) to facilitate certain important transactions in Thailand.
- Notification of Address Change/Change: We coordinate the submission of documents to local authorities if there is a change in address or residency status.
Other Important Services
- Health Insurance Management: Provides advice on insurance companies in Thailand that offer health insurance plans that meet the requirements for retirement visas (O-A and O-X), and assists in coordinating with the insurance companies to issue certificates for Immigration submission.
- Document Certification: Provides consultation and coordination with lawyers or relevant agencies for certification of important documents (e.g., document translations, document certification from embassies or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
